[Accessibility-ia2] Rename of "tatic" text attribute

Hi all,

I spoke to Aaron about renaming "static" to "autotext" and he had no 
problem with this in principle. However, he noted that the "text" suffix 
of "autotext" is redundant, as it is a text attribute which inherantly 
implies that it refers to text. Thus, he proposed "auto" instead. I am 
happy with this and will file a Mozilla bug if no one else has any 
objections. Either way, the attribute won't make a great deal of sense 
without some documentation, as the concept it represents is somewhat 
complicated for the uninitiated. :)
