I don't agree. Address reuse is undefined behaviour. Nobody should assume it <br>
is safe or works.<br>
<br>
I intend to possibly use SIGHASH_NOINPUT for ordinary Bitcoin transactions in <br>
a wallet I am writing, which explicitly does not support address reuse.<br>
