With your lastest debug patch (removing all previously applied patches) I
cannot boot as I get flooded of 

"CE : increasing min_delta_ns to xxxxxxxxx" with xxxxxxxx a changing big number
I haven't time to read.

I modified kernel/time/tick-oneshot.c to suppress this message and reboot. It
fails with a kernel segfault but I can see your debug messages, I took a
"screenshot".
