Software Environment: Debian Sarge/testing

Problem Description: Networking isn't working after system wakeup from 'echo "3"
> /proc/acpi/sleep'. Tehre is no kernel panic. Similiar problem was discuesed on
http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0406.0/1580.html but there was
different version of kernel + kernel-panic.

After wakeup network card interface is up, but i am not able to configure it via
dhcp (default) even manualy. So i tried remove module ( via-rhine ) and then
modprobe. The same result i am not able to communicate via network. mii-tool
detects correctly plug/unplug of network cable.

There is another minor problem, ide disk after wakeup is not ready for work
immediately, but after let say 30 may be 60seconds is ide drive reseted and disk
subsystem is working correclty.

Steps to reproduce: echo "3" > /proc/acpi/sleep; then wake up of system.
