Kernel doesn't boot, unless "acpi=off" or "pci=conf1" is given.
"acpi=force", "acpi=strict", "acpi=ht", "acpi=noirq", "pci=noacpi", 
"noapic hda=noprobe hdc=noprobe" don't help.
