Problem Description:

secure_tcp_sequence_number is used by the ipt_TARPIT module in netfilter.org's
patch-o-matic-ng. Sometime between 2.6.20.11 and 2.6.23.1,
drivers/char/random.c stopped exporting it. I'd like it back, please.
