        Regression: No

I wanted to transfer my home directory to the new laptop I bought.
The new laptop hangs after first several seconds of transfer. I used smb and
ftp to verify it is not because of higher level protocols.
I am attaching dmesg, lspci -vvv -k,config.gz. I made network captures for the
smb and ftp, but they are too large to uplaod here. Please specify a way to
uplaod them or tell me and I can setup some way to share them to you if needed.
Source of transfer - 10.0.0.1 (old laptop), destination - 10.0.0.2 (new laptop)
Network card in use:
Ethernet controller: Attansic Technology Corp. Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114
PCI-E Ethernet Controller (rev b0)

When I use: 04:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285
Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)

everything works just fine
