err, no, it wasn't that patch.  For some reason your change assumes that
msg_exit_ns() (for example) doesn't have these lines:

        kfree(ns->ids[IPC_MSG_IDS]);
        ns->ids[IPC_MSG_IDS] = NULL;

in it.
