iommu_prepare_identity_map() is in drivers/pci/intel-iommu.c. So this
patch breaks x86_64 build on !CONFIG_DMAR. IA64 works since
arch/ia64/kernel/pci-dma.c is only build on CONFIG_DMAR though.
