[Ksummit-2013-discuss] [ATTEND] Latency through the kernel

I'd like to attend the Kernel Summit 2013.  I've been looking
at the kernel latency for typical networking apps and have noticed
some alarming trends.  I would like to discuss what we could do
about this.
