On the build status page
(http://www.linux-foundation.org/appbat/status/bldstat.php), lots of raptor
errors are reported.  It appears that the local libraries for raptor aren't
getting found by appchk.

We need to make sure this isn't a real problem, as opposed to an issue with the
autotesting.
