hmmm, it's kind of funny that the description of a DE is in the ArchDE entry,
but let's not worry about that.

rpmtags are another place we need plenty of info, and it seems there we have a
nice field for status that tools can work off of.  I'd guess the table of tags
is missing some more modern ones, however (different bug)
