[Lsb-infrastructure] Next DB refactoring - schedule?

The current deadline for the next release of DB + Scripts + Navigator is
Friday, Aug 3. We could release DB earlier but I am not sure it makes much
sense.

So please have good holidays. We can target at release integration the week
of Aug 6.
