[Lsb-infrastructure] New LSB DB 1.1 RC for LSB 3.2 (Qt4.2included)

We're crossing emails, I made a mistake after merging.
 
stub_libs are generated and show new stuff now, I'm just generating in
libchk now.

	Hmm, which database is used for generation? I have access to
'lsb' one at db.linux-foundation.org, and there are no ArchInt records
for new Qt4 ints there.
	
	And, actually, the absence of such records is a reason of libchk
incorrect files (I've just performed a little experiment...).

			Updated ArchInt.init is in Bazaar now. Stub libs
should be changed after this file is merged. 
			 

		Strange, this is all in place, but there were no changes
to the stub libraries.
