Patch to mkheader

After update, mkheader generates incorrect ucontext.h headers. It seems that
this comes from different tricks initially concerning freetype headers.

To correct the problem, patch to mkheader should be applied (after patch from 
bug #2048, though they don't intersect). In addition to this, some freetype
data should be corrected:

delete from ArchType where ATtid=12593 and ATaid=1;
delete from ArchType where ATtid=11166 and ATaid=1;
update ArchType set ATappearedin ='' where ATtid=11166;
update ArchType set ATappearedin ='' where ATtid=12593;
