[Lsb-infrastructure] Recent Bug activity: 3.2 or 4.0?

1920, 1016 - not for 3.2, since we are not merging ISP RAS 1.2 release
into '3.2' branch (as far as I can see). Moreover, some work remains to
be done for 1016 .
1794, 1795 - these bugs themselves contain no patches/changes, so
nothing to be done here yet.

The following ones can be simply merged to both branches:
1643 - affects only stub libs
1772 - InterfaceAttribute entries
There is also patch for bug 1855 suggesting changes in lsbspec build
process. It affects only makefiles, nothing else.

The following ones affect c++ part of the specification text:
1787 - should be considered as misspelling correction in the specification
1941 - vtable content added
To be sure, there are some more c++ relative things coming which will
also affect the text itself. Maybe it makes sense to move them all to 4.0.

Changes in Qt-relative specification:
1942 - Qt4 groupings. Simply beautify the specification text.
1943 - the bug suggests to mark symbols added by mistake as withdrawn
in 3.2.
