[Lsb-infrastructure] Navigator treatment of curses (special case)

If you search for a curses interface - in my example
I used vwprintw - you will get three hits for most
interfaces, one for "libncurses", one for "libcurses"
and one for "libncursesw". For the "libcurses" entry,
we see:

Not in LSB

with a comment about libcurses not being in the
approved list.

Many Linux distributions provide libcurses
as a linker script which pulls in libncurses:

INPUT(-lncurses)

instead of as a symlink - in the linker script
case I guess data capture might not find
information about libcurses.

But I guess it's kind of strange to make the
distrinction between libcurses and libncurses.
Perhaps this ought to be special-cased?
