Patch to speed up mkdatadef

Full headers & defs regeneration currently takes a lot of time due to huge
number of calls to mkdatadef, which is actually not very fast. We've prepared a
patch that should make it a little bit faster; with the new mkdatadef, the full
regen takes about half an hour on my machine (surely, this is not perfect time,
we'll continue working in this direction).
