SQL to modify alsa headers

It turned out that alsa headers were changed slightly since the time we
included libasound to LSB. These changes don't affect ABI or chnges in function
declarations, so it is rather cheap to modify our headers to match the current
upstream.

In addition we suggest to add asoundlib.h header which is actually supposed to
be used when compiling application using alsa - it includes all other headers
in a proper sequence (similar to rpc/rpc.h header).

The SQL attached will perform all necessary actions.
