I followed some common instructions on the web, and command is like:<br></span><pre><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"> <u><span style="font-family:courier new,monospace">tbf rate 20kbit <b>buffer </b>1600 <b>limit </b>3000</span></u><br>
<br> to make the token bucket in rate limit. However, I am still not so clear about the two parameter "buffer" and "limit".<br><br> I attached a figure of what I understood the limiting mechanism, does the "buffer" parameter corresponds to the normal packets? or the buffer for the token? (as shown red color in the attachment)<br>
