[Openais] enhancement 1021 - msg service against latest trunk

Here is the latest code of the message service against trunk.  It isn't
completed and doesn't do anything useful yet, but for those interested
in looking at the code it is coming along.  I'm going to merge this soon
so people can make patches against it if anyone wants to take a look at
working on it.
