[Openais]Need help to check my checkpointTest!

Hi all,
I want to ask you a problem about my checkpoint test.
I have created two processes. In process 1, I created a checkpoint and write 
some data to it, then sleep(10).
In process 2, I read data from that checkpoint, and open a new checkpoint. 
But return result of saCkptCheckpointOpen is OUT_OF_RANGE.
I attached the source code of 2 process.

Please help me to check and solve it!
