Announcing OpenAIS 1.0.0 (wilson) availability

OpenAIS provides an industry standard implementation of the SA Forum
Application Interface Specification services with over 7 years of field
proven experience.

Specifically OpenAIS provides:
* Runs on Linux, Solaris CSW, BSD, Darwin.
* Plugs into Corosync as services and libraries.
* A Cluster Membership service that complies with CLM B.01.01
specifications.
* A Checkpoint Service that complies with the CKPT B.01.01
specifications.
* An Event service that complies with EVT B.01.01 specifications.
* A Distributed Locking service that complies with LCK B.03.01
specifications.
* A Timer service that complies with TMR A.01.01 specifications.
* An experimental Message Service MSG B.03.01.
* An experimental Availability Management Framework AMF B.02.01.
* Full SAFTEST conformance for production services.

I want to personally recognize Ryan O'Hara for leading the majority of
new feature development in OpenAIS 1.0.0 as well as Jim Meyering and
Fabio Di Nitto for fleshing out the autotools build system.  Finally Jan
Friesse has been invaluable in testing the new features of this release.
