[Openais] [corosync trunk] determine network interface for solaris port

This is just a first run at it.  May not work, but compiles and has
correct logic for ipv4 networks.

I'm not sure what solaris uses for ipv6 network determination
.  The header files list this ioctl mechanism as obsolete.
