[Openais] [corosync trunk] this patch provides the totemip_iface_check function working on solaris

See patch.  Appears to follow mechanism recommended by Sun.

After using this I have token timeouts in the operational and recovery
state but communication appears to be happening.  Still a bit to go to
get things working.
