[Openais] node ip: FAULTY - adminisrtative intervention required

Hi,
you can check the ring status with the following command:

openais-cfgtool -s

and reset the ring:

openais-cfgtool -r

The reset will not always work and sometimes the only way to bring up the ring
is to restart OpenAIS.
The configuration looks fine.
