[Foomatic] Toshiba estudio20s only accepts PDF not PS

My client has a crazy new printer "Toshiba estudio20s" which only prints when
sent PDF.  Mere postscript output is silently ignored.	How do I set up a CUPS
driver which runs ps2pdf prior to forwarding the output to the printer?  This
seems like a useful option to add to the generic postscript driver.
