[Printing-japan] Fixed packages of the CUPS PDF filters

I am currently packaging the new PDF filters into Ubuntu Intrepid. I am
adding them to the CUPS package as they are supposed to get part of CUPS
sooner or later.
imagetopdf and pdftoraster integrate without any problems. pdftopdf
suffered changes in the libpoppler API. I had to apply the attached
patch. Please check whether the patch is OK.
The bigger problem is pdftoopvp. After talking with Martin Pitt, Debian
maintainer of CUPS we decided on not taking this filter with a copy of
Poppler into the CUPS package. It will cause big maintenance problems
due to the frequent occuring of security vulnerablilities in Poppler.
Is there really no chance to make the pdftoopvp filter dynamically
linking the libpoppler library? It would be needed until July 20 so that
it can still make it into Ubuntu Intrepid before feature freeze.
I would be very grateful if we can have this filter in Intrepid.
