[PATCH 03/23] ia64/xen: introduce definitions necessary for ia64/xen hypercalls.

import include/asm-ia64/xen/interface.h to introduce introduce
definitions necessary for ia64/xen hypercalls.
They are basic structures to communicate with xen hypervisor.
