[Accessibility-atspi] atktest update

Referenced below is an update to the ATK conformance tests.  The TETware
lite setup and Makefiles have changed.  The tests are the same.

The following is a model testcase for the Accessibility Tool Kit (ATK)
and Assistive Technology Service Provider Interface (AT-SPI).
Specifically, this testcase checks the component interface of the ATK
Object and will be used as a template for testing the remaining ATK
Object interfaces.  The AT-SPI is used by programs such as screen
readers to access information about displayed applications.
