[Accessibility] Web site status

The site is not posted externally yet. I'm waiting to hear back from Stuart
Anderson regarding access to publish it on the FSG server.   I'll send out
the link as soon as its available. That is one of the reasons I couldn't
accessibility test it with all the tools available on the Web.
