[Accessibility] New group member added

We would like to inform all that "Gunnar Schmi Dt" from the KDE
accessibility team has joined the group and is now on our mail list.

We welcome you the the group Gunnar and hope you get to know the others
who work in this effort soon. (We can possible do some quick
introductions at on our next call -- so long as we have time to get the
FSG-102 document done ;-)
