We've had no activity on the list regarding this topic.

I can certainly understand that writing pithy comments is not the
standards work we all signed up for--but I'm asking your indulgence for
just this one more piece of marketing effort. It truly will help us:

1.)	Recruit people for our committees;
2.)	Get funding for our work;

So, are we in need of meeting on Wednesday at the usual time to draft
quotes? 

If you could post briefly on any progress in your company/organization,
it would be helpful as an indicator of where we are with this.
