soon. Perhaps we can get started at tomorrow's meeting?

I have no idea how accessible the PDF is.

According to Phil Jenkins: "Section 7 covers the guidelines and includes OS (i.e., sticky keys) and
application requirements.  There is a notion of core, primary and
secondary."
