[Accessibility] Review of FSG Web sites

By way of information, the W3C's Web Accessibility Protocolsand Formats
WG has published a paper regarding accessibility issues of Turing tests
on web pages.

Until PR concerns took over, this document was known internally as "On
the Internet They Don't Know You're Just A Human." <grin>
