[Accessibility] JTC1 Moves On Accessibility Standards

The attached will be of interest. May I remind you that our standards
would follow a path through the JTC toward ISO certification?

I have suggested to the Executive Director of the FSG that we should
consider what relationship we might wish to establish vis a vis this
wider effort.
