[Accessibility] calendar invitation

I would like to ask the group if it would be okay for me to
send out on the 1st of the month a reoccurring calendar invitation
for the a11y teleconference?  Users of evolution, outlook, and lotus
notes should be able to accept and import the calendar invitation.

I would bcc send the invitation individually to everyone subscribed
to accessibility at freestandards.org.  This would prevent the 
teleconference password from being archived.
