Hi:

I agree with George's basic suggestion:

> What I believe we should avoid doing is design, engineering, or
> system integration of GAP or related projects.

However I think it is vital that we also include kick-off sessions and
brainstorming for a number of things that are not on the "year 1"
roadmap, such as:

(1) magnification support and APIs;
(2) test-to-speech and/or audio services;
(3) support for non-graphical environments and approach for
    kernel/boot accessibility;
(4) implications of V2, and how to minimize potential conflicts or
overlap.
