Yes, I know. I was just wondering whether to say "Gnome libraries" or "Gtk+" 
in the statement.

Sure, this is perfectly fine for the short-time. It will become important with 
KDE4, because then AT-SPI will hopefully be used by two KDE assistive 
technologies.
