[Accessibility] OT: EU Seeks E-Accessibility Advice

Ah, the questionaire that in and by itself is not entirely accessible?  That
has been a major issue in the EU (and a rather embarassing one at that).  It
did also spark quite a renewed interest in the interaction between Content
Management Systems and web accessibility.
