Hi!

This is some information for the report.

Keyboard:
- KDE enhanced its keyboard code to fully support the draft keyboard spec

Speech synthesis:

In Hawaii, we started to document needed changes to the audio system needed 
for screen readers. The discussion continued online afterwards. A summary can

The meeting in Hawaii was also the first opportunity for a various projects 
writing speech synthesis abstraction APIs to discuss a closer cooperation.
After the meeting
- discussions to define a shared API were started
- merging the KDE Speech Synthesis framework with SpeechDispatcher was decided
- bridges between various other speech synthesis APIs on Linux and 
SpeechDispatcher have been written.
