[Accessibility] Orca/KDE Integration

I have begun a project to integrate Orca with KDE4 so that Orca can be used as 
a screen reader for Qt4/KDE4 applications.  To do this, Orca will communicate 
with accessible applications via D-Bus using the AT-SPI interface 
definitions.  The project is in a very early stage.  If you are interested,
