[Accessibility] Participating In FSGA Teleconferences

Dear Jan:

Olaf suggested I write you regarding how you might be able to
participate in our FSGA teleconferences at little or no cost.

If you are unable to find an affordable public telephone network means
to access our conference bridge, you may still participate if you have
if you have Asterisk working over your broadband Internet connection.
Please advise if you are able to run Asterisk. If so, I would suggest
exchanging public keys and setting you up to register on one of our
several Asterisk systems here in the U.S. We could then bridge your call
to the FSGA teleconference number.
