[Accessibility] logo has changed on the IA2 site

When I go to http://www.freestandards.org/en/Accessibility/IAccessible2 I 
get redirected to 
http://www.linux-foundation.org/en/Accessibility/IAccessible2 and the logo 
changes from FSG to Linux Foundation.  Isn't that premature?  Isn't that 
switchover dependent on a vote indicating approval of the merger by the 
FSG membership?
