Here is a brief example how to use BZR to checkout and commit changes to
source. If you can authenticate to make changes to the Wiki, then you
should be able to commit changes to BZR.

htmlview http://www.linux-foundation.org/en/Bazaar-NG
rpm -ivh http://www.linux-foundation.org/~mats/lsb-bzr-0.16-1.lsb3.i486.rpm
htmlview http://bzr.freestandards.org/a11y/devel/
mkdir /usr/tmp/linux-foundation
cd /usr/tmp/linux-foundation
bzr branch http://bzr.freestandards.org/a11y/devel/a11yweb
cd /usr/tmp/linux-foundation/a11yweb
# create a file or make a change
bzr add FILE # if a new file was created
bzr diff
bzr commit
bzr bundle http://bzr.freestandards.org/a11y/devel/a11yweb --output /usr/tmp/my-a11yweb-bundle
more /usr/tmp/my-a11yweb-bundle
htmlview http://bzr.freestandards.org/a11y/devel/a11yweb
# click "merge", login, then provide your email address and commit description
