[Accessibility] Ping re A11y in LSB 3.2 Progress

Ian and Jeff:

When we last spoke on the A11y teleconference we came out with two key
actions re getting libatk support into LSB 3.2. I'm wondering where we
are on:

1.)	The "How To Write An LSB Module" document. We're waiting on a
usable version to prepare our spec in a compliant formulation.

2.)	Conformance Testing: IBM has example tests that you folks were
going to look at. Do you have any feedback on those tests for us at this
time?

Anything else we should be looking at right now? We're still very eager
to put meaningful a11y requirements into LSB 3.2.
