I think, Brontes Technologies uses it for some software they make, see
http://www.brontes3d.com/opensource/.

Some people also requested a11y support for Win32 platforms, so maybe at
the end of the first quarter of the next year there'll be two or three
more projects besides OcempGUI using it - it depends on how fast I can
add MSAA support to it.
