[Accessibility] Deprecation of role for edit bar

Thanks Will, I meant to say deprecated, not removed. For significant
changes like this I'd first deprecate for at least one release and then
remove it later.

Orca currently uses ROLE_EDITBAR in the gcalctool script. So, I think
you'd need to consider marking this as deprecated rather than just
eliminating it.
