aloha, all!

the following is excerpted from the W3C's weekly newsletter:

The XHTML2 Working Group has published the First Public Working
Draft of XHTML Access Module. This document is intended to help make
XHTML-family markup languages more effective at supporting the needs
of the accessibility community. It does so by providing a generic
mechanism for defining the relationship between document components
   and well-known accessibility taxonomies.

this is a document which has obvious ramifications for our work at
Open A11y, so it would be highly beneficial to all to at least peruse
-- and, at best, comment upon -- the XHTML Access Module, as well as
discuss it internally in Open A11y fora...

(disclaimer: i am a member of the WG drafting the Access Module, so i
would especially appreciate the "view" from outside the WG/W3C)
