[Accessibility] Need AT/SPI equivalent to IA2's IARevisionText

Janina, Upon request from and collaboration with the OpenOffice team and 
IA2 team the IA2 IARevisionText spec was created.  See item 13 at 
http://www.linux-foundation.org/en/Accessibility/IAccessible2/Agenda/20080513. 
 If the ATK/AT-SPI team can come to consensus on the eqivalent interface 
and commit to adding it to the ATK/AT-SPI spec it could be added it to the 
IA2 spec.  I don't think it should be added to IA2 until that consensus is 
reached and commitment made, because one of IA2's goals is to be in 
harmony with ATK so application developers have a minimal delta effort 
when creating multi-platform apps.  Is there time this week for that topic 
to be addressed during the next Open A11y meeting?
